SCOPE adds the depth needed for active claims work — regional pricing, full AI damage analysis, and professional reports you can deliver directly to a carrier.

What SCOPE adds to FIELD:

Full AI damage analysis reviews every photo in your job and identifies damage by type, severity, and location. Each finding is tied to the specific photo that supports it, making it straightforward to respond to carrier pushback.

Regional pricing adjusts your scope line items to current labor and material costs in the property's ZIP code — so your estimate reflects what the work actually costs in that market.

Standard Geometry™ improves on satellite-only accuracy by incorporating your field photos and COLMAP processing, reaching ~90% accuracy on complex roof geometry.

Professional branded reports let you deliver a polished damage report with your company logo, colors, and contact information — the kind of output that reinforces your credibility with carriers and clients.

CERTIFY is built for complex claims and situations where the documentation needs to survive appraisal, umpire review, or litigation. Every output is designed with defensibility as the primary criterion.

What CERTIFY adds to SCOPE:

Code Trigger Engine automatically detects line items required by local building codes for the property's jurisdiction — items that are legally required but are routinely missed or disputed.

Defendibility Score rates your inspection and scope on a 0–100 scale, identifying exactly what's missing or weak before you submit. Use it to find gaps before the carrier does.

Certified Evidence applies a tamper-proof hash chain to your entire evidence package — photos, video, metadata, findings, and scope — creating a verifiable record of when each piece of evidence was captured and that it hasn't been modified. Designed for appraisal and litigation use.

Defendible+ Geometry™ combines drone data, COLMAP photogrammetry, and LiDAR scanning into a 95%+ accurate roof model — carrier-grade geometry that holds up to independent verification.

Not ready for a monthly subscription? Every Estimatics plan is also available on a pay-per-project basis:

Pay-per-project makes sense when you have occasional large claims that need higher-tier features but don't warrant a plan upgrade for your full volume.

How to upgrade your plan

You can upgrade at any time from the Billing section of your dashboard. Upgrades take effect immediately and are prorated — you only pay for the days remaining in your current billing cycle.

Frequently asked questions

Can I try SCOPE or CERTIFY features before upgrading? Contact us at support@aiestimatics.com to request a trial of higher-tier features. We'll set you up with a temporary upgrade on an active job.

Can different members of my team be on different plans? Plans are set at the organization level — all members share the same plan. If you need mixed plan access, contact us to discuss options.

What happens to my jobs if I downgrade? Your jobs and all their data are preserved. You lose access to features above your new plan tier — for example, AI analysis findings on SCOPE jobs become read-only if you downgrade to FIELD.

Is there an annual discount? Yes. Switching to annual billing saves approximately 25% — FIELD drops from $32/mo to $24/mo, SCOPE from $69 to $52, and CERTIFY from $149 to $112.
