Setting Up Your Organization

Your organization is the top-level account in Estimatics. Everything — your team members, all jobs, reports, billing, and branding — lives under your organization. Setting it up correctly from the start ensures your reports look professional and your team has the right structure from day one.

Who can do this: Super Admin and Admin roles only.

Accessing organization settings

  1. Click your avatar in the top-right corner of the web dashboard
  2. Select Organization Settings
  3. You'll land on the Organization profile page

Organization profile

Name

Your organization name appears in the header of all reports, on the client-facing report sharing page, and in email notifications sent to your team. Use your official business name exactly as it appears on your license or registration.

Logo

Upload your company logo. It appears on:

  • All damage reports and estimate PDFs
  • The report sharing page that clients and carriers see
  • Email notifications

Logo requirements:

  • Format: PNG or SVG (PNG preferred for compatibility)
  • Recommended size: 400×200px or wider at 2:1 aspect ratio
  • Background: transparent or white
  • The platform scales it proportionally — don't resize manually

Business address

Used in the footer of reports. Enter your full business address including suite number if applicable.

Contact information

FieldWhere it appears
Business phoneReport footer
Business emailReport footer, support contacts
Website URLReport footer (optional)
License numberReport footer (optional — common for public adjusters)

Time zone

Sets the default timezone for all job timestamps and scheduled dates in your organization. Individual team members can override this in their personal profile settings.

Service area

The service area helps the Geometry module pre-load satellite imagery and regional pricing data for the states or ZIP codes where you operate.

To configure:

  1. Go to Organization Settings → Service Area
  2. Select the states where you operate (you can select multiple)
  3. Optionally, add specific ZIP codes for more precise regional pricing data

This is optional but recommended — it improves the accuracy of Instant Geometry™ and regional pricing on SCOPE and CERTIFY plans.

Report branding (SCOPE and CERTIFY)

On SCOPE and CERTIFY plans, you can customize how your damage reports look when delivered to clients and carriers.

Available customizations:

  • Primary color — used for headings and accents in reports (default: Estimatics teal #00A796 — change to your brand color)
  • Report header — custom header text or tagline
  • Report footer — custom footer with your contact details and license number
  • Cover page — enable or disable a cover page on full PDF reports

To configure: Organization Settings → Report Branding

Organization-level defaults

Set defaults that apply to all new jobs created in your organization:

SettingWhat it controls
Default job typePre-selects Storm, Water, Fire, or Other when creating a new job
Default inspectorAuto-assigns new jobs to a specific team member
Required fieldsMark certain fields as required before a job can be submitted
Media quality thresholdSet the minimum quality score before media passes to AI analysis

These are defaults only — they can be overridden on any individual job.

Frequently asked questions

Can I have multiple organizations under the same account? One Estimatics account = one organization. If you operate multiple business entities, each needs its own Estimatics account. For users who work across multiple organizations (common for independent adjusters), contact support — multi-org membership is in development.

Can I change my organization name after setup? Yes, at any time from Organization Settings. The new name applies immediately to all future reports. Existing reports are not retroactively updated.

Who can see Organization Settings? Super Admin and Admin roles. Field Inspectors, Adjusters, and Contractors see only the organization name and logo — not the settings.

Does my logo appear on the Quick Estimate PDF on FIELD plans? Yes. The logo appears on all exported PDFs across all plans. Full report branding customization (colors, cover page) is SCOPE and CERTIFY only.
