Billing Add-Ons
How to enable optional add-on modules — Geometry, Estimation, Comparator, Communication Tools, and Tamper-Proof Evidence — and what each one includes.

What are add-ons?
Add-ons are optional modules you can enable on top of your Estimatics subscription plan. They extend your platform with specialized capabilities that go beyond the core inspection workflow.
Think of your plan (FIELD, SCOPE, or CERTIFY) as the foundation. Add-ons are the extensions you activate when your workflow requires them.
Available add-ons
Communication Tools
Enhanced team communication features for coordinating inspections across distributed teams. Includes advanced notification routing and team messaging capabilities.
AI Geometry
Measurement and geometry tools for generating roof sketches, floor plans, and dimensional data from satellite imagery, field photos, and LiDAR scans. Accuracy levels depend on your base plan tier.
AI Estimation
Advanced estimation capabilities including regional pricing data, line-item matching, and assembly intelligence. Enables more accurate scope generation from AI findings.
AI Estimate Comparator
Compare your estimates against carrier estimates side by side. Identify discrepancies, flag disputed line items, and generate comparison reports for appraisal or negotiation.
Signing & Tamper-Proof Evidence
Certified evidence with cryptographic hash chain verification. Every photo, finding, and report version is sealed with a tamper-proof digital signature. Included by default on CERTIFY plans.
How to enable add-ons
- Go to Settings → Billing in the web dashboard
- Scroll to the Add-ons section
- Toggle the add-on you want to enable
- Confirm activation
Add-ons take effect immediately. You'll see the new capabilities in your dashboard right away.
Pricing
Add-ons are priced either per seat or at a flat rate, depending on the module. The exact pricing appears in the Billing settings before you confirm activation.
Add-on charges appear on your next invoice alongside your subscription. If you're on annual billing, add-ons are prorated for the remaining billing period.
Checking your active add-ons
Go to Settings → Billing to see which add-ons are currently active on your account. Each active add-on shows its status and pricing.
Plan inclusion
Some add-ons are included in higher-tier plans at no additional cost:

If an add-on is already included in your plan, it won't appear as a purchasable option — it's already active.
Disabling add-ons
You can disable any add-on at any time from the same Billing settings page. Disabling an add-on removes access to those features at the end of your current billing period. No data is deleted — if you re-enable the add-on later, your data is still there.
