Understanding FIELD, SCOPE, and CERTIFY Plans
Estimatics has three plans designed for different stages of claims and restoration work. All three include the full iOS app, unlimited job creation, unlimited photo and video capture, and real-time team collaboration. The difference is in the depth of AI analysis, the defensibility of the output, and the tools available for complex claims.
At a glance
| FIELD | SCOPE | CERTIFY | |
|---|---|---|---|
| Monthly | $32/mo | $69/mo | $149/mo |
| Annual | $24/mo | $52/mo | $112/mo |
| Best for | Inspectors, small contractors | Active PAs, restoration contractors | Attorneys, senior PAs, complex claims |
What every plan includes
Before comparing differences, it's worth being clear about what all three plans share:
- iOS app — full-featured mobile capture (photos, video, Dual Video, LiDAR on supported devices)
- Unlimited jobs — no cap on inspections
- Unlimited photo and video capture — no storage limits per job
- Web dashboard — full job workspace, Capture tab, Notes, activity feed
- Real-time team collaboration — WebSocket-powered live updates
- AI Scope Generation™ — AI reads your photos and generates a line-item scope
- Quick Estimate PDF — export a professional estimate PDF with your logo
- Instant Geometry™ — automatic roof sketch from satellite imagery (~80% accuracy)
- Notes and markup — photo and video annotations for all team members
- Unlimited team members — no per-seat charges
FIELD — $32/mo ($24 annual)
FIELD is the fastest path from field photos to a professional scope and estimate. The AI does the heavy lifting — you review and export in minutes.
Who it's for:
- Individual field inspectors documenting properties for others to review
- Restoration contractors who need to scope a job quickly before a carrier visit
- Small PA offices handling straightforward, routine claims
- Teams getting started with AI-assisted inspection for the first time
The workflow: Capture photos on iOS → AI generates scope → Review and adjust → Export Quick Estimate PDF → Done.
What FIELD doesn't include:
- Regional pricing (line items use national averages, not local market rates)
- Full AI damage analysis with findings by photo
- Professional branded reports (beyond the Quick Estimate PDF)
- Standard or Defendible+ Geometry™
SCOPE — $69/mo ($52 annual)
SCOPE adds the tools needed for active claims work — regional pricing, full damage analysis by photo, and professional reports you can deliver directly to carriers and clients.
Who it's for:
- Public adjusters managing multiple claims at once
- Restoration contractors negotiating pricing with carriers
- Teams that need to present documented, credible evidence packages
What SCOPE adds to FIELD:
Full AI damage analysis — the AI reviews every photo in the job and produces findings by type (impact, wind, water, fire, etc.), severity, and location. Each finding links to the specific photos that support it. This is the core of a defensible claim file.
Regional pricing — scope line items are priced using current labor and material costs for the property's specific ZIP code. No more manually adjusting national averages.
Standard Geometry™ — incorporates your field photos alongside satellite imagery using COLMAP processing to reach ~90% roof measurement accuracy on complex structures.
Professional branded reports — a fully formatted damage report with your logo, brand colors, and contact information. Shareable via a link or downloadable as a PDF. The output you hand to a carrier or client.
CERTIFY — $149/mo ($112 annual)
CERTIFY is built for situations where the documentation needs to survive independent scrutiny — carrier appraisal, umpire review, or court. Every output is designed with defensibility as the primary objective.
Who it's for:
- Property attorneys handling insurance litigation
- Senior public adjusters with disputed, denied, or high-value claims
- Firms with compliance requirements or audit trail obligations
- Any inspection where you know in advance it may be contested
What CERTIFY adds to SCOPE:
Code Trigger Engine — automatically cross-references your scope against applicable local building codes for the property's jurisdiction. It flags line items required by code that are missing from the scope — items carriers routinely omit or dispute. The output is a defensible code-compliance addendum.
Defendibility Score — a 0–100 rating of your complete inspection package before you submit. It identifies specifically what's weak: missing photo coverage for a claimed area, insufficient close-ups, scope items without supporting findings, and more. Fix the gaps before the carrier finds them.
Certified Evidence — a tamper-proof hash chain applied to your entire evidence package at the moment of capture. Photos, video, GPS metadata, timestamps, AI findings, and scope items are all cryptographically linked. Any modification after capture is detectable. Designed for use in appraisal and litigation proceedings.
Defendible+ Geometry™ — combines drone imagery, COLMAP photogrammetry, and LiDAR scanning into a 95%+ accurate roof model. This is carrier-grade measurement that holds up to independent verification by a competing adjuster or expert witness.
Xactimate export — converts your complete scope to Xactimate format (.esc file) for direct submission to carriers that require it.
Choosing the right plan
Start with FIELD if:
- You're new to Estimatics and want to get up and running quickly
- Your primary need is producing a scope from field photos faster than manually
- You handle routine claims that aren't typically disputed
Move to SCOPE if:
- You're submitting claims directly to carriers and need professional output
- Your claims involve pricing disputes and you need regional market rates
- You want full AI damage analysis tied to specific photos
Use CERTIFY if:
- You're handling a claim that has already been disputed or denied
- The claim is heading to appraisal or may go to litigation
- You need an audit trail that satisfies compliance or legal requirements
- You work with attorneys who need defensible, independently verifiable evidence
