Configure your Estimatics profile — photo, contact details, notification preferences, and account settings — so your team and clients see the right information.

Setting Up Your Profile and Preferences
Your Estimatics profile is visible to your team on every job you're assigned to, and your name appears on any report you generate. Taking five minutes to set it up correctly saves confusion later.
Accessing your profile
- Click your avatar or initials in the top-right corner of the web dashboard
- Select Profile from the dropdown menu
On iOS, tap the avatar icon in the top-right corner of the Home screen, then tap Profile.
Profile settings
Name and contact details

| Job title | Optional — e.g., "Field Inspector," "Public Adjuster," "Project Manager" |
Your name and job title appear in the footer of any report you generate. Make sure they match your professional credentials exactly as you want them to appear to carriers and clients.
Profile photo
Upload a professional headshot or your company logo. Your photo appears:
- Next to your name in the team member list
- In the job activity feed when you make changes
- In the mobile app header
Supported formats: JPG, PNG. Recommended size: 200×200px minimum.
Password
To change your password:
- Go to Profile → Security
- Click Change Password
- Enter your current password, then your new password twice
- Click Save
Passwords must be at least 8 characters. We recommend using a password manager.
Notification preferences
Control when and how Estimatics notifies you.
In-app notifications
In-app notifications appear as a badge on the bell icon in the top nav. You can configure which events trigger a notification:

To update: Profile → Notifications → In-App.
Email notifications
Email notifications send a digest of activity on your jobs. You can choose:
- Immediate — one email per event (recommended for active inspectors)
- Daily digest — one summary email per day at 8am in your timezone
- Off — no email notifications
To update: Profile → Notifications → Email.
Tip: If you're a field inspector doing multiple jobs per day, set email to Daily Digest to avoid inbox overload. If you're a manager reviewing work, Immediate is more useful.
Timezone and regional settings
Estimatics uses your timezone for:
- Displaying timestamps on photos, notes, and activity
- Scheduling job dates
- Sending email notification digests at the right time
To set your timezone: Profile → Preferences → Timezone. Select your timezone from the dropdown and click Save. The change applies immediately across all jobs.
Language
The Estimatics interface is currently available in English only. Spanish and additional languages are on the roadmap. If you need Spanish language support, contact us at support@aiestimatics.com — your feedback helps us prioritize.
Signing out
Web: Click your avatar → Sign Out. iOS: Tap the avatar icon on the Home screen → Sign Out.
Signing out on one device does not affect your session on other devices.
Frequently asked questions
Can I change my email address? Email addresses are your login identifier and cannot be changed self-service. Contact support@aiestimatics.com with your current and new email address and we'll update it within one business day.
My name appears differently on reports than I want — how do I fix it? Update your First Name and Last Name in Profile settings. The change applies immediately to all future reports. It does not update reports that were already generated.
Can I have multiple profiles for the same email? No. Each email address maps to exactly one Estimatics account. If you work for multiple organizations, your admin can add you to each org using the same email — you'll see an org switcher at the top of the dashboard.
Can I set different notification preferences for different jobs? Not currently — notification preferences apply to all jobs in your organization. Per-job notification settings are on the roadmap.
