Welcome to Estimatics
Estimatics is the AI-powered inspection platform built for the U.S. property insurance and restoration industry. Whether you're a field inspector documenting storm damage, a public adjuster building a claim, or a restoration contractor scoping a job — Estimatics turns your field photos and videos into defensible, professional reports in minutes.
This guide walks you through what Estimatics does, how it's structured, and the three steps to get your first inspection done.
What Estimatics does
Every property claim starts with an inspection. Traditionally, that inspection ends with hours of manual work: organizing photos, writing scopes by hand, assembling PDF reports, and hoping the documentation holds up when the carrier pushes back.
Estimatics automates that entire workflow.
You capture in the field with your iPhone — photos, video, 3D scans. The moment your media hits the cloud, Estimatics goes to work: AI detects damage, generates a scope, prices the work regionally, and produces a professional report with your branding. Everything is timestamped, geotagged, and traceable — built to hold up in appraisal or litigation.
The five modules
Your work in Estimatics moves through five modules. Think of them as the stages of an inspection:
1. Capture
Everything starts here. Use the iOS app to photograph every area of the property, record walkthrough videos, and optionally perform a LiDAR 3D scan. Your media uploads in real time — your team can see it on the web dashboard before you've left the driveway.
2. Geometry
Once your photos are processed, Estimatics generates a roof sketch automatically — dimensions, pitch, facets, and total area — from satellite imagery. On higher plans, your field photos and drone data improve that accuracy further.
3. Analyze
The AI reviews every photo and identifies damage by type, severity, and location. Each finding is tied to the specific photo that supports it — no more "the adjuster says there's no damage to the ridge cap" when you have 14 photos that say otherwise.
4. Estimate
From your AI findings, Estimatics generates a complete line-item scope. You review it, make any adjustments, and export — as a Quick Estimate PDF, a professional report, or directly to Xactimate format.
5. Reports
Deliver a polished, branded damage report to your client or carrier. On the CERTIFY plan, that report includes a certified evidence chain with tamper-proof hashes — built for appraisal and litigation.
Note: Geometry, Analyze, Estimate, and Reports are rolling out progressively. Capture and the core job workflow are fully available today on all plans.
Your first three steps
Step 1 — Create a job
A job is the central unit in Estimatics. Everything — photos, video, notes, scope, reports — lives inside a job. Each job represents one property inspection.
To create your first job:
- From the Jobs dashboard, click + New Job
- Enter the property address — this sets the GPS anchor for your inspection
- Assign the job to yourself or a team member
- Set a scheduled date (optional)
- Click Create Job
Your job is now live. You'll see it in the dashboard with a status of Scheduled.

Step 2 — Capture in the field
Download the Estimatics iOS app from the App Store and sign in with the same credentials you use on the web.
When you're at the property:
- Open the job from the Jobs tab in the app
- Tap Capture to start photographing
- Assign each photo to a room or area (Roof, Exterior, Interior, etc.)
- Record a video walkthrough if needed
- Your media syncs automatically — no manual upload required
You'll see photos appearing in real time on the web dashboard while you're still in the field.

Step 3 — Review and deliver
Once your media is uploaded:
- Open the job on the web dashboard
- Review the captured media in the Capture tab
- Add notes, markups, and annotations as needed
- When your plan includes it, review AI findings in the Analyze tab
- Generate your scope in the Estimate tab
- Create and share your report from the Reports tab
Your first inspection is complete.
Choosing the right plan
Estimatics has three plans, each designed for a different level of work:
| Plan | Best for | Price |
|---|---|---|
| FIELD | Individual inspectors, contractors scoping jobs, teams getting started | $32/mo |
| SCOPE | Active public adjusters, restoration contractors negotiating with carriers | $69/mo |
| CERTIFY | Property attorneys, senior PAs with complex claims, firms needing audit trails | $149/mo |
All plans include unlimited job creation, the full iOS app, the web dashboard, and real-time team collaboration.

Your team
Estimatics is built for teams. You can invite inspectors, adjusters, and contractors to your organization — each with their own role and permissions. Field inspectors capture and submit. Admins review and deliver. Everyone sees the same job in real time.
